Behind the Movement is a steering committee made up of individuals who are passionate about the English language. A secretariat supports the running of the Movement’s programmes and activities.
We encourage Singaporeans to speak grammatically correct English that is universally understood, with the help of partners who run interesting programmes and develop learning content for the Movement.
